It clearly expounds both the doctrines of the Sacred Heart and of Christ the King, weaving them together with ease. No one can fail to follow the reasoning Fr. Lepicier puts forth.

More, the book is an excellent spiritual and devotional work. Its thirty chapters are of appropriate length for reading one at a time, and contain ample spiritual and doctrinal reflections to serve as a good use of our increasingly limited devotional reading time.

Any Catholic, member of the CCR or not, would be well served by spending some time with this work.
